Neil McArthur is an Associate Professor of Philosophy and Director of the Centre for Professional and Applied Ethics at the University of Manitoba. He specializes in sexual ethics, alternative sexualities and the ethics of technology. He has written for outlets such as VICE, Time, The Guardian, Fast Company and The Globe and Mail. He is also a film-maker, performer and playwright. in 2018 his work the St. Boniface Bicycle Drive-In Movie Theatre was included in the Illuminate the Night programme of Nuit Blanche Winnipeg. His 2016 play Let Me Freeze Your Head was nominated for the Harry S. Rintouil Award, given by the Manitoba Association of Playwrights.
